About

Hi, I’m Zadie. A certified Jesus freak, Registered Nurse, and passionate foodie living in Denver, Colorado with my husband and our orange cat. My nursing career ignited my love for science, medicine, and the incredible way our bodies are designed to glorify God. Along the way, I discovered that fitness and good nutrition are the keys to overcoming life’s challenges—whether they’re mental, physical, or spiritual. I’m here to help women break free from the cycles of yo-yo dieting, restrictive eating, and feeling drained. My mission is to help you feel your absolute best—no matter your age or stage in life. Let’s work together to create a path toward vibrant health, boundless energy, and a renewed sense of purpose.

The Vision

Ephesians 2:8-9
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast."

Grace and Grit Coaching is all about embracing the beautiful paradox that comes with both fitness and faith. We know that to grow stronger, we need to strive and care for ourselves, but we also understand that perfection isn’t the goal. It's about progress and grace—loving ourselves enough to stay disciplined, but also giving ourselves the space to be human and mess up sometimes.

Our story is rooted in the California Poppy, a flower that blooms after wildfires. It’s one of the first to rise from what seems like destruction, showing us that even in the toughest times, there’s new life waiting to emerge. Just like the poppy, we believe in the power of recovery and renewal, no matter what we've been through.

In Christ, we’re made new creations. His grace helps us embrace our struggles and turn them into something beautiful. We don’t have to be perfect—we are beautiful because of His grace, and that gives us a new identity.

At Grace and Grit, we believe in beauty from ashes. Like the California Poppy, we rise from the hard things, stronger and more beautiful than before. It’s about finding strength through faith and fitness—the grit to keep going and the grace to embrace where we are right now.

So let’s rise together, knowing that even in our struggles, there’s something amazing God is doing, turning the tough stuff into something good and beautiful.

This is meant to be a ministry and fellowship for women to feel encouraged and accountable.
