While I do write my own programs, I also want accessibility to some free resources for clients! Peloton has allowed me to explore so many unique training opportunities, I especially love their yoga, outdoor walking/running and foam rolling classes. Please check it out!

I have tried just about every nutrition and macro counting app on the market. This one takes the cake. It’s algorithm and science-based body building content is fantastic. I can’t recommend it enough!
