    • Bi-weekly 30-minute coaching calls (via phone or video) to check in on progress, review goals, and make any adjustments to the fitness and nutrition plan.

    • Personalized fitness program: Customized workout plans tailored to the client's specific goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, etc.). This includes detailed fitness routines for home or gym workouts and progress tracking.

    • Supplement guide: Personalized recommendations for supplements (if applicable), with clear instructions on what to take and how to support fitness goals.

    • Personalized meal plans and recipes: Meal plans designed with macro breakdowns that fit the client’s nutritional needs and fitness objectives.

  • Services Included:

    • Weekly 1-hour personal training sessions: In-person or virtual personal training sessions focused on achieving the client’s specific fitness goals (strength, weight loss, muscle gain, etc.). Workouts will be customized to fit the client’s needs, preferences, and progress.

    • Personalized fitness program: In addition to the personal training sessions, clients will receive a fully tailored workout program that can be done on their own between training sessions. This includes exercises, reps, sets, and progress tracking.

    • Supplement guide: Personalized supplement recommendations to help optimize fitness performance and recovery (if applicable).

    • Personalized meal plans and recipes: Full meal plans, tailored to the client’s nutritional needs, fitness goals, and preferences. Includes macro breakdowns and nutrient-dense meal options.
